ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 5pm Sunday 7th February Jackadder Lake Cnr Rosewood Ave & Jackadder Way, WOODLANDS All current Committee members will step down from their respective positions at the AGM. Should you wish to nominate for any position please complete the nomination form below and post to: The Secretary P O Box 13 GREENWOOD WA 6924 To arrive no later than Friday, 5th February 2010. Voting to elect members to fill these vacancies will then take place as required from these nominations. As this meeting is being held in the park your ferrets are more than welcome to attend, however given that February has some extreme temperatures PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FERRET IF THE FORECAST IS FOR A HOT DAY. Ferret Necessities will be open for business and tea & coffee will be available.
