7:30pm, Monday 9th February 2004. Drill Hall, Cnr Crowther & Murray Streets, Bayswater. We really need your support at this meeting. At the General Meeting, prior to the Committee all stepping down, we will be proposing a Special Resolution as well as discussing and voting on the new Constituion. Please come and have your opinions heard. Ferrets are welcome, tea & coffee will be available and you may bring a plate to share for supper. Although all the Committee Members will stand down from their positions at the beginning of the AGM, all are willing to resume their positions again should there be no further nominations for their positions. Those positions which became vacant prior to the AGM also have people acting in those positions, who are willing to take on the positions for the coming year, should they be elected. Should any furhter nominations be received, voting will take place. So if you want to stand against a particular memberm please send in the form from your newsletter. See you there! |
