My little fuzzie last night woke up coughing, almost like he was dry reaching/coughing. sounds horrible, he did it when he was asleep at 12.40am (this morning) i went down stairs to comfort him, and then again at 3am (went down again and got him for cuddles. i called cott vet this morning and they said its normal, anyone else had any problems? It scares me to death when he does it, this is the 3rd time he has done it, the other times were a few months back. |

One of my ferrets sometimes coughs as well. It is almost as if he get a tickle in the throat, so I assume it is just the dust he picks up from under the furniture and things |

Sometimes mine does too, sounds like they are coughing up a hair ball. or a few sneezes in a row |
