hiya, my young female is letting off an very offensive smell, its not allways when shes excited or scared. any tips? im just a bit worried that shes not well |

Is it a constant smell, how old is your ferret and is she sterilised? If it is constant musky type smell then she may be coming into season. Not really knowing what the smell is like and a few more details, it is hard to say what it may be. You could ring Rescue to talk it over - but we aren't vets so the best thing to do, if you are really concerned would be to go the vet. It is always better to be safe than sorry. |
