Adrenal??

In the U.S. lots of ferrets become adrenal and blood sugar problems. Is this common here in Australia and what is the treatments here for it? They seem to use Lupron and prednisolone.

cheers Nikki :)

Adrenal??

Adrenal's is quite common here as well. Typical symptom is loss of fur and stronger smell. It can be treated surgically (removal of the tumour/growth) or with an implant.

Blood Sugar Problems are different again and it depends on what sort - I don't really know a lot about that.

Prednisole is used to treat lots of things.
